If you need to complete a request for a new starter or need to order some hardware, then 'Can I have' is the section you require! 'Can I have' enables you to request a service such as New User Setup, Email Configuration, Web Domain purchase or purchase item(s), such as IT Hardware/Software, loan equipment.


After you click on 'Can I have' you are taken to the service catalog where you can review types of services available. Clicking on any Service Category reveal all items associated in that section.



For example, if you need to purchase an Apple iMac, select it.



On the Apple Imac Request page, fill in the form with as much information as possible. Click Place Request. 





The summary of your order then pops up on your Tickets list.
