Since a number of support teams are part of the Centaur Helpdesk, you no longer have to complete those infernal paper forms! This would include new starters, equipment requests, new suppliers, salesforce requirements and so forth.


Simply click on 'Can I have'  located on the user portal homepage and navigate to the particular service item your require.


For any requests requiring approval, this is automatically sent via email to your relevant Manager/Director/Head of Department.

If you are unable to find the request that best suits your needs, please submit the form 'Other Service Request' in the Can I have section and it will be forwarded to the relevant team.
