Your login credentials to the Centaur Helpdesk is the same as the one you use to login to your Centaur email account through Office 365.
1. Click Sign in. Note: If you are already signed into the
Office 365 portal, you may
automatically sign into the Centaur Helpdesk directly and would not have to re-enter your password.
2. You are taking to the Microsoft Office 365 portal login screen titled Freshservice. Click on your email address (or select use another account if it is not listed)
3. Enter in your password (this is the same as your computer login password). Select Sign In.
4. Accept the Two-Factor Authentication prompt (i.e. authenticator app on your mobile phone, sms/text, or phone call) to finalise the sign in process.
5. You have successfully signed into the Centaur Helpdesk.
