An excellent fact about the Centaur Helpdesk is that you do not have to login to the portal to raise a ticket!  You can email the following teams and a ticket is auto generated on the portal:

To submit a ticket via email follow these steps:


Open Outlook (or your email application), create an email and in the field 'To' send it to one of the email addresses listed above. For our example, the request is sent to [email protected]  (IT).

You should receive an email notification  stating thank you for submitting your request.


If you click on the link, you will be taken to the ticket on the Helpdesk portal. 



Please note that you must login to the Helpdesk portal first before you can view your ticket(s).
