If you have an issue and require assistance, you can submit a ticket to the relevant Helpdesk team. To submit a ticket, click on the 'Help Me!' icon.
Fill in the ticket fields as shown below. Be as concise as possible to ensure the Helpdesk group can assist you quicker.
Note: If there is a * next to a field then that means it must be filled in prior to submission.
When you have submitted your ticket, you are automatically taken to your Tickets list.
When an Agent responds to the ticket, you are notified of this via the Helpdesk portal and through email notification.
