Every Canon photocopier has a card reader attached to it (See pic 1).
1) Place your door pass on to the card reader shown in pic 1.
2) The LCD screen on the photocopier will display the message shown in pic 2. Select “Yes”.
3) You will be asked for User Name and password.
Username = firstname.surname (see image as
example)
Password
= password used to sign into your computer each morning.
4) Press “OK”. Your card is now registered.
NB: Please note that when you are printing it needs to got to the CentaurMedia Print Queue and not a printing device.
